Speed Buggy is something like a car with a speech impediment… actually, that’s exactly what he is.
Speed Buggy’s from a Hanna-Barbera show during the 70′s called- wait for it… Speed Buggy. The show itself was similar to Scooby-Doo. A group of kids who always seem to find their way into trouble, along with their hideous talking mascot.
Speed Buggy was a favorite when I was a kid.
